Forgot to post yesterday, but for this week’s #loveyoupassiton , I wanted to talk about Leah Tangedal! This girl fuels her life by humor and kindness. I’ve learned from her patience, her willingness to sacrifice, her optimism, and her inclusivity of most everyone she comes into contact with. This girl is a die hard friend, very perceptive, open-minded, multilingual, and too much fun. She allllso just got engaged!!! 🎉🎉🎉 grateful for you!! Nowww pass on the luhv, gorl!! @ladegnatti #lypio

I was admiring the colors on this spreadsheet today and i remembered I’ve seen the same color scheme before over the Salt Flats & a bench at Whirl Pie so here they all are together looking BEAUTIFUL! The most random things are connected sometimes, huh? Can we believe this is all real???

Throwback to July’s @juicejamconcerts ! I’m a little pitchy sometimes and I FROZE UP on stage (unfortunately, not filmed for your entertainment) but performing is a scary thing and I’m glad I had @ethan_bliss72 (a ~frequent~ performer) to make it less scary!! This was also the day before my birthday and I think facing our fears is IMPORTANT! So this made turning 25 a little less scary too. Lol (also, is Ethan not the most talented musician?!?!?) First song: cover of “When the Party’s Over”, Billie Eilish Second song: “The Son Will Rise”, a Madison Dunne original ;) (check it out on my YT or SoundCloud...) Third song: “La Vie En Rose” Fourth vid: the ending of ^^ that song/how we ended our set lol **Juice Jam’s anniversary is THIS FRIDAY!!! Don’t miss it!!!**

Whatever we choose to focus our thoughts on creates our reality; focus on the bad things happening = having a bad day, focus on the good around you = having a good day. Be careful about the things you think and say because you are creating your perception of the world and you’re deciding whether you want it to be an optimistic or pessimistic one! All of us go through hard times—I’ve had my fair share of suffering too—but if we want to be able to overcome those hard times, we have to choose to see the light and good around us. We must be conscious and in control of our thoughts or our circumstances will rule our lives. Choose to transform your life into a good one!!

My sister, @summermckeen , started a campaign to spread kindness called #loveyoupassiton ! Most people are posting it on their stories, but I want to start doing this as an actual post every Sunday! So, I thought I’d start out with the lovely Sophia Deighton! Sophia and I met over Instagram. She was selling some of her ~European~ clothes, so I went over to try stuff on. We ended up talking for 2 hours and bonding over how we’re addicted to sugar. We even went a whole 2 weeks without any refined sugars!! (some of the hardest and saddest weeks for us this year) —but we bonded a lot over it by giving each other encouragement on staying true to our goal! Since then, I’ve gotten to know her even better and I’ve learned so much from her positive outlook on life and the people she encounters. She is one of the most passionate and optimistic people I know! She loves life, she’s diligent in her passion for videography and film, and she loves to encourage others to go after their aspirations and passions as well! Her friendship has been encouraging and inspiring and I’m so grateful she decided to move over here from England. She’s a light to everyone she meets so if you see her around, say hi!! Okay @sophiamaria.d , keep the chain going and do your own #loveyoupassiton !! 🤗❤️ I’m so grateful for you!
